When you select Hashtags, make sure you check the box and don't just
highlight the line. Also be patient and don't click twice if the check
in the checkbox doesn't immediately show. The second click removes the
check. These are two issues others have had when beginning to add hashtags.
RE the Bookmarks, are you referring to the 3 quick bookmarks at the
bottom of the screen? They should be sticking unless you crash out of
Legacy after setting them and before closing out normally. Check your
Recent File list in Legacy to check you have been opening the same file
each time you use Legacy.
The Recent File List is found by clicking the L top left corner of the
Legacy screen if the L is larger than the title bar. If it isn't, you'll
see a System Ribbon tab and it's on that instead. It depends on the
Design Style you are using.

I have noticed that my Hashtags and Bookmarks don’t stay.
I have just started using Hashtags and have created two. I don’t know
how long after I noticed that the couple that I assigned one of the
hashtag too, their hashtag was greyed out, not blue, and when I
clicked on the hashtag icon in the family view there were no available
hashtags to use. So I created another one and after I did the two
that I created prior then showed up. This has happened now several
times…………..every time I go to look for the families that share those
two hashtags their hashtags are greyed out. Is there an option
somewhere I need to turn on somewhere?
And for the last few months my bookmarks don’t stay.
I am using the lastest version of Legacy 9 and windows 7.
