Been a long time since I needed to change computers, so want to confirm my "plan". On the old computer with Legacy 7.5, I will do a Back Up of my current data file, to a Thumb drive, renaming the Back Up. "New Family File (date)". On the new computer, I will install Legacy 9. Open it and select Restore Family File, then navigate to my Thumb drive and select the "New Family File (date)". I have not been linking multi media files to my current family file on Legacy 7.5, so should not need to worry about those files needing to be moved. Is this the right way to do it? Anything else?
