That is a precautionary feature of Windows / Windows Defender - which you have correctly responded to, Jack.
Windows Defender gives that response to any executable / installer that hasn't been "marked" to enable an "over-ride". You can make an alteration to Windows that always allows an installer to go ahead - but clicking to allow installation is seldom a worry or inconvenience to me, so I leave things as they are. Long ago (7 years+) I abandoned all the paid anti-malware products, and the free versions like AVG, because Windows for a long time has had more than adequate protection via its built-in products, especially since Windows 8/8.1/10. But in my opinion, anyone persisting with Windows 7 is foolhardy. I.L.
