I'm moving my Legacy software (Version 8 Deluxe) to a new computer running 
Windows 10.  I first moved my data files to the new computer and then 
downloaded a fresh copy of Legacy 8 from the Legacy website.  The program 
installed correctly and immediately prompted me to open my data file, which I 
did.  Everything appears just fine.

My question:  According to the instructions at the Legacy website, I need to 
take the step of entering my customer number in the newly downloaded program in 
order to unlock deluxe features.  I followed the instructions to click "Help" 
located in a tab along the top of the screen.  That gives me a line of icons 
starting with "Help Index" on the left and ending with "Exit Legacy" on the 
right.  No place in the line of icons is there anything called "Unlock Deluxe 
Edition" as the instructions suggest.  Where exactly is this button or icon 
located?
