In Legacy Charting you click the Charting icon top left corner and then Printer settings where you can change the orientation and also the paper size (especially if you are using a PDF printer which means you can choose the size of paper a commercial printer will use for your chart). Then in Help and Options > Chart Options - View tab make sure you have show page boundaries checked so you can see where the chart elements are lying on a page and tweak them for a better looking chart.
