list will not help you.
If you want to unsubscribe, then you need to use the link at the bottom
of every group email.

Scroll to the bottom of that page and enter your email address exactly.
Then follow the process that unfolds. If you don't have a password, it
doesn't matter, you'll get an email you need to respond to.
