The fifth line in the default is Cause of Death. If you have customized your display you can reinstate the defaults by clicking on any one of the labels for vital events. to change the fields on any line click on the button with the three dots. A list of available choices will open where you can select birth Date/Place and Death Date/Place for born and died. There is also a button to restore the default items.
