I am trying to create an Ancestor Book. I am printing it duplex, and each generation will run continuously - not beginning on a new page. My problem is that there are no blank pages after the title page, table of contents and the index. Is there a way to get a blank page after the title page - after the table of contents - and before the index? Thanks Margaret
