1. Create a search list for everyone whose modified date is after today-5 (will get the last four days of changes).

2. File Export to a new Legacy file all those in the search list. On the Options use the selected records in the Focus Group. The Focus group can be those in the search list.

3. Restore from your 5 day old backup.

4. File > Import > legacy file, select the file you created from the search list.

5. You will have to merge duplicates to amalgamate the data from the people in the search list with their duplicates before your changes.

Hi,

I made a real bonehead move when I did a search and replace. I meant to have only one word replaced and instead I replaced the whole whatever (picture caption, given name, general notes) in my entireĀ file. Unfortunately, I did not catch on until I made at least 216 more entries. I hate to lose 4 days of work. Is there a way to blend all the new work I did in the 4 days after my mistake with before making the mistake?

Thanks,
Gloria
