Henry, those are the right click option for the "Options button" If you right click with the mouse on the image there is a different menu, the one the OP is looking for.

But it did have that function all the way up until my Windows 10 PC went kaput.

    You mean the box in Media Gallery that says "Options..."? That drop
    down menu has choices, Zoom, Remove etc. but not a choice for
    copying or append and never has since I've used Legacy.

        Hi everyone,

        As a result of my Windows 10 PC dying, I am using a PC laptop
        with Windows 11. I was always able to right click on a document
        in individuals' Media Gallery that popped up a menu with choices
        such as copy, copy all, delete all, append etc. in Windows 10
        but clicking on this Windows 11 PC does not produce the drop
        down menu. Is it settings in Windows 11 that's preventing the
        drop down menu? Or??
