Since getting Legacy, I have always been disappointed in the relationship calculating--as it does it incorrectly and I would have thought, by now, that would have been corrected--for example in setting me as the root person from which all relationships are calculated, it shows my husband as my 16th cousin instead of my husband and also a 3rd cousin as a 91st cousin. I really use this a lot in family reunions, etc, but have to import my database into another program to get the proper calculations. It seems like it would be a simple fix--if all the other programs can do it so well. I see that the problem is when you are related to someone in more than one way--ancestral lines crossing more than once--it is calculating from the most remote ancestor instead of the closest one!
