I really believe that you should leave blank if you do not know the name of the
child in questions.  "Names" such as "infant", "child", "unknown", "stillborn",
"female" and "male" do not designate the actual child's name.  Legacy will
through in if I am not mistaken Mr. or Miss. In real genealogy those terms are
not used in place of name for a child.  It doesn't matter if you do not know the
name, logic should say the name is unknown.  Also if you have checked female
then why put female in the name field.  Age at death should also give you a
clue.  Why not put your extraneous information in your notes field.
