JPG pictures can't be loaded: We are aware of this problem. Some forms of
.jpg picture files won't load into Legacy. Use a picture editor to convert
them to a bitmap, or tiff format and try reloading the picture.

I cannot load some of my jpgs into Legacy. Once in a while it will not
even recognize the jpg file. I have no difficulty with my other
genealogy programs loading them. Does anyone have a suggestion? I
downloaded the new upgrade, hoping that might make it work better, but
no luck. The upgrade installed successfully, but I still have the
picture problem.
I would appreciate any ideas.
