Dear List,

I, like Sheri, was guilty of including the complete "thread" of a message
with my reply, and also heard from several people about it. I would guess
that those complaining about long messages must be "digest" subscribers,
since they would be the only ones that I can see having a problem with long
messages. I only see the first part of a message, unless I want to read
more, since my email program (MS Outlook Express) shows me the message
subject and the first page of the message.

I really don't know why anyone would subscribe in digest form anyway. I
have my email program set to filter my incoming mail, so all of the Legacy
messages are sent to my Legacy folder. When I am ready to read them, I see
a list of all of the subjects, and I pick the ones I want to read and delete
the ones I don't, (like any messages about "same sex marriages.")

But, that said, I will be careful to exit any future replies. Please note
that I am leaving Sheri's full message, since it is short and to the point.

Greg Turnbaugh
