[LegacyUG] File Open Failure

File Open Problem:

Files that I previously opened in Legacy 2.0 and in the beta version of 3.0
now come up with an error message:

    Error Opening Database
    Would you like to try it again?
    Yes         No          Quit

Can anyone assist in getting this to work properly?  I have about 20 data
files I'm unable to access at the moment.
