Or you can do it as I do - I have several hundred folders in my email
program with various emails, web pages, and text notes filed away under
headings/subheadings for quick reference. Instead of copy and paste, I just
email the page to myself (IE allows that, as does Netscape.), then store it
in the appropriate folder.

These are quickly searchable, can be easily reorganized if needed, AND -
perhaps because I use MS Outlook - can be exported directly into an Access
database file for long-term storage and use.
