Dear List, Hi there, Can anyone tell me what they use this feature for. ?? It has me a bit stumped and was hoping I wasn't missing out on a good feature. I can understand the NOTEs and PICTUREs sections linked to Birth, Baptism's, Deaths and Burial. They are great for showing pictures of church christened in etc.. or in the NOTES stating when the church was built, if it has been changed, remodelled etc since the ancestors time- or other relevant data relating to the Location. But I cant see the use of the ADDRESS field. I already have listed in the location field where it was, They generally DONT have email or phone numbers so cant see the use there.?? And everytime you have to re enter in the person's name who you are modifying, so I'd end up with 20,000 odd Address's listed ???? I use Version 3 but it's not the latest downloaded version but I cant get the addresses to print out anywhere in Family Group Sheets or Book reports. The NOTES do print out okay though I use the individual people Address field option of people that are in my database and still alive, so if I'm having a reunion or correspond with them, easy to contact, Also the Repository's Address option I utilise too to state where information is stored if anyone else wished to locate it. But this Address's linked to Birth, Christening, Death, Burial has me puzzled. Anyone out there with what it's for or how they use it. ??????
