File names on web servers are case sensitive.

The Legacy web page creation does a great job, except that
it names the file called index.htm with an upper case I, or Index.htm

This is a problem when linking to it from other locations, because the
convention is to have the whole file name lower case.

Can this be changed within Legacy, or do I have to keep on editing the
file names after creation?
