[LegacyUG] Linking child to two parents

I think my problem regarding the first born to the mother not showing up
when she marries a man with two children and then they have three of their
own can be solved if I can link the first born child to both his natural
father and the father that raised him but never officially adopted her.  How
do I do that?  Then she would be apart of the total family, yea!
