Hello Geoffrey!
Thanks for your comments ...... however your suggestion did
not fix the problem ........ the Cite a Master Source Button remained greyed
out. I reloaded the software after backing up and then restored my family
file and the problem was still there. I then deleted the family file and
imported a gedcom file again. Problem fixed!!
Conclusion - the family file some how got corrupted
:((

I really like how you spell your name. On
the right side of the assigned sources screen, make sure you have a checkmark
in the "show all events" option. This should solve your
problem.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Adding Master
Source to an event???
Hi All
I'm having trouble working out how to add a master source
to an event. When I am in the individuals information form I click on
the source citation button and the assigned sources screen comes
up. However the Cite a Master Source button is greyed out and
only the Add New Source option is available which means that if I add a
source which which is already on the master list I am getting duplicate
sources.
Would appreciate any help.
