We have momentarily turned our attention to telephone inquiries and email
messages sent directly to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Due to our very busy
schedule we are not always free to participate in the Legacy Users Group as
much as we would like.

In that regard, my first priority is to persons with actually glitches in
the Legacy program and try to solve these first. My next priority are the
"How To" questions. I direct people to Online Help, the printed Legacy
User's Guide, etc. wherever possible. If they can't find the answers there
they are invited to call me at (425) 788-0932 (our Technical Support line).

For example, yesterday I received in my email a Problem Report. It simply
stated, "I don't understand how to work the program" (exact quote; nothing
more). The best I can do in such a situation is point the person to the
Tutorial Lessons and Step-by-Step instructions in the manual and online
Help, or suggest that they buy the Legacy Training Video.
