 Go into the options and under read,  change the time to the longest time
possible which is 60 seconds (Outlook Express) for a message to be marked as
read. That gives me time to quickly check it before deleting it without it
opening. I also switched to Norton 2001 antivirus from McAfee. Even though I
kept McAfee updated it doesn't seem to catch all the viruses like Norton
does. Kathy
