One tip:

If you have a virus that keeps coming into your system after you delete it, 
go to your ISP and use
their WEB site Email to see your mail. Delete the named virus there and 
that will stop that virus from
continuing to come into your system .
At least until someone else sends another one.
When I first had this problem, it drove me crazy until I found the solution.
