It is a problem with your default printer driver. Myself and others had
the same problem. I installed the printer driver for a HP LaserJet 4Si
MX and change it to be the default printer whenever I want to print to
PDF. Then it works each time. You can use other printer drivers as well
which will make it work, but I don't know which ones.
