Legacy has a computerized customer database and if you registered the program, there 
should be proof that you bought it.  If you didn't buy and register the program....... 
 David is right - without a customer ID number, the password is of no use.

I don't know what you mean about them being real bad about that at Legacy.  Did you 
call them??  That's always quicker than an email.  And David's suggestion to call 
sales is a good one - esp since it's a toll-free number!
