Clicked the RIN's and the multiples all show duplicate numbers. Clicking
purge shows no duplicates found. Each of the multiples show the same line of
descent.

Click the Show RINs box in the lower left corner of the Relationship
Calculator.  Then check the Descent from Common Ancestor for each of the
ones you say are the same.  They should not be duplicates.  There are cases
where loops within a file will cause duplicates to appear.  If you do have
duplicates click the Options button along the bottom and select the Remove
Duplicates menu item.
