Hi, When they say some elements couldn't be removed, it's probably because you saved your work in the program. You need to go to your "Windows" Explorer (computer files) and find the program that you removed and remove all the files you saved. It's always a good idea to remove any saved file prior to doing an uninstall Dee > Deleted the Tree Draw, anyway. Why do they *always say "some elements > could not be removed. Remove manually" ... as if I had a *clue what > elements need manually removing.
