That might be so, but Linux being more powerful and far more adaptable than
any Windows flavour will allow you to run Win Apps through one of the many
emulators that are available. Wine is becoming quite stable and there is
always the commercial Win4Lin, plus others.

It is written in MS Visual Basic on top of Microsoft Access.  Therefore I
