Greetings! How do I restore my multimedia files? I can find the option on the file menu to backup my multimedia fiiles, but I can't find the option to restore them. I have unzipped them to the pictures file in Legacy but they still don't show up in my family files. So how do I reattach them again to my files?
This problem came about because I foolishly tried to upgrade to windows XP. Although my computer's system met all of the requirements of Microsoft for the upgrade, however, I later found out that my computer's manufacturer didn't support the upgrade, and because I didn't check with the computer manufacturer first, went ahead with the upgrade, I ended up screwing up my system big time :-( I had to resort to the recovery CD in order to restore my system back to its original factory set confiuration. So, my friends, a word of warning, please check with your PC manufacturer first before you consider upgrading to windoes XP home edition. Any help or advice gratefully received.
