I think if you put a "</blockquote>" before, and "<blockquote>" after the code you want to insert, it will "sorta" work. The problem I see is that the "<" and ">" get written as "<" and ">". You could do a global search and replace on these characters.
Perhaps a future enhancement would be to allow HTML or pseudo-HTML tags to be embedded in notes fields.
