Jim An example: Source type: Letter has a Gedcom tag - I don't know it, but lets say it's LETR
When I write the Norwegian word for letter, BREV, it is not recognized in an English/American language program as a LETR tag, but if the program was translated to Norwegian it would recognize BREV but not LETTER. So the same Tag, but another linked word. There are some self defined tags for Gedcom export in Legacy, but I haven't tested that. May be it's a way to get around.
