Tilman, Got the problem now. Yes, this is not working correctly and has been passed on to the boys. A work-around is to change one of the column definitions in the optional field to the tag level you want; this is working correctly. Don't know about the line numbering; that works fine for me.

The list seems to be printing ok, besides the missing 'X's in the Tag 2 column. Same result whether I search for all Living or view only those tagged #2 which is kind of a passed test.... I have tried other settings too, like changing column widths from proportional to default and back. Nothing changes. I have also done a test with a smaller set of entries tagged 3. Same problem here. Out of 13 records only 4 show the tag correctly in preview/Print. Now I'm running into still more problems: In order to better being able to count my entries I've selected the line number option. This doesn't work properly either. Shows line numbers in preview alright, but prints only single digits, and on the third page only ;-( When I try to change the left margin through Page setup the new setting doesn't stick. Printouts always seem to have 0,5 cm, not 1,5 as I had set. Same with the right margin BTW. Well, I guess I'll have to live with this for the time being. These functions aren't this important after all.
