Well said!! Though I am not a programmer, I am familiar enough with the problems to appreciate the difficulties associated with a major release. Toni in Michigan has articulated this very well. Added to the intrinsic complexities and challenges of developing a program such is this is perhaps public pressure. The Legacy users have been excitedly "bugging" Millennia for the new relsease, so perhaps it is only natural that a few "bugs" find their way onto the street. But more to the point, I, for one, will try to keep in mind what Toni has pointed out here when future upgrades are released. It is very easy for me to be patient in the confidence that whatever problems are discovered will be fixed straightaway. Millennia has acquitted itself very well in standing by its customers. It is obvious that they are listening. I am especially impressed by the fact that are acutally reading the postings to the user group in the midst trying to fix each new problem (all of which have been quite small, actually) Product loyalty seems to be a rarity these days, but Millennia certainly has mine.
