Hi Leona, It is possible to automatically 'direct' the messages to a different (for instance a Legacy) folder in OE. That way they don't "mess up" with your normal e-mail. I don't use OE but have setup these kind of "Rules" for friends etc. to manage their e-mail so I know it's there. First you should make a folder for Legacy in OE, afterwards you can make a rule (It's available under Extra I suppose) which states that every message that has "[LegacyUG]" in it's Subject-header should be placed (not copied) in this folder. I'm not sure about exact wordings etc but it's not that difficult to make.
And please, post in plain-text Wim -----Oorspronkelijk bericht----- Van: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]Namens Leona Cook Verzonden: vrijdag 29 maart 2002 16:51 Aan: LegacyUserGroup Onderwerp: [LegacyUG] Archive messages I am a new subscriber and am finding that I am overwhelmed at the number of messages flooding my OE Inbox. While I find these communications very informative and helpful, I am now trying to decide the best way to manage them. Are the archive messages (have put in my favorites) available to me for referral at a later time the way to go? Do the rest of you delete the current message once you have read it? If I go to the Digest mode, it will still present the same situation, won't it?
