Did you try saving Legacy into a CD-rom, that makes sence that you have to be adm., 
because Milennia is the Adm. for 
Legacy. 
If you think to copy a family file, you have to go to windows explorer and transfer 
your family file to the CD.
In adition, a CD is a read only file, so I think that you have to copy the file to 
your Lap Tops harddisk as doing with a 
downloaded file. In Properties for that file you have to uncheck "Read only"
Then open Legacy/file/import Legacy files - and to the extention for your imported 
CD-file.
