Rod, This is a big problem for me, too. I have lengthy notes for a significant number of the persons in my database. In the reports, that information is all repeated so that each person's notes appear twice. Then if the families have been blended and children repeated, all their information repeats again. That creates a very redundant and very long report that is also very boring to read through. No one wants to read the same stuff again a few pages after already reading it. It really makes the reports unusable for me unless I save them to an RTF file in a word processor and do extensive editing. People all have id numbers. I don't know why the program doesn't keep track of them and stop the repeats of information.
