...AND if you also change the options as follows:

Under Custom Size Tab, unselect "Use these custom Settings" and select
"Print in a Report Format"
Under Borders/Pictures Unselect "include a picture", "border", and "shadow".
On the far right of the screen, select for "text file" and choose the
options you want there.

Now it will create a text file for you that is useful for print merging,
importing into other programs, etc.
