I got the same type of messages in my error log. I hadn't changed anything my self for the persons on the list, I had just been testing the option to include alternate names in the name list.
What I have found is that if the notes tab is the active tab when you enter the name list, then current persons last modified date will change if you change the option include alternate names in list, sometimes you must change it twice. So if you suddenly get messages like this in the check/repair error log, that can be the reason. This has been repported to support also.
