I picked up SuperTools at the NGS conference and installed it easily. However, it imported each name in my database twice. I am including my letter to Whollygenes and a reply I received.

Hello Pegeen,
There are problems with the import module for Legacy V4 and the programmers
are currently working on them.
A release will be available in the near future to correct these problems.
