Yes...I have ommitted both TEXT and PAGE from the export..and continually get both on the export.
I have been experimenting with only one person on the export to save time..

Hi Pam.

Don't know exactly what you mean with Source Text but 'Detail Information'
goes to "PAGE" and 'Detail Text' to "TEXT" (maybe in combination with "DATA")
in GED.
At least, that's what I think. I'm not entirely sure but you could experiment
with omitting these in your export and see if that does the trick.
