Hello,   Which version of Acrobat do each of you have? If he has an earlier version than you, you would be able to read his, but he would not be able to read yours.     I made a PDF file and sent it to my brother in Seattle. He could not open it. It was an exceptionally large file.   Has anyone tried to send PDF files, and if so, what were the results for you?   Nancy R
