Thank you Andy, Besides the general awkwardness of the wording there are a couple of other problems. 1. I married Ron H. twice. The program does not acknowledge it as a remarriage. If I had notes, events, etc. for Ron, which I do want as he is an ancestor for three of my grandchildren, it would repeat these twice as it reported his death. It would be nice to be able to chose remarriage, which would quash the repeated notes, etc. Remarriage is not that uncommon. 2. For the two live-together relationships, I would like to state when the live-together relationship ended, just as the divorce information does. 3. Rather than describe the adoption separately for each of the three children (especially if notes are added) I would like to describe it as adopting a family of children, so the notes show up only once in relationship to my family, but appear with each child when reporting their families (ie when they become parents) 4. The phrase: "Joan next lived alone (name unknown)" quite awkward. I actually wasn't living alone, my son Garrett was living in the home. I was not in a relationship. However, what I would like to say is that Joan adopted the Perez children as a single parent. Single parent adoption is happening more often and should be addressed by Legacy.
