Thank you Helen.  Harold was adopted when he was 8 years old.  All of his
subsequent school, marriage and adult records are under the name of Harold
Murden.  His children have the last name of Murden.  I think, in this
circumstance, that there should be the possibility of having a different
preferred name in each family (biological/adoptive).
