Hi Joan I have no idea whether there is a way to alter the screens in such a way, but my family is similar in that way and I seem to recall that when there are more than 10 children arrow buttons appear that can be used to get to the right children. This is if I use 2 columns which I prefer. I know that you may already be aware of this but thought that I'd send this just in case - it may be helpful to new people to the list also. Lyndell
