If I have John and Mary Smith, with nothing else, I put Mary in the
Given, and Mrs. Mary Smith in the AKA, that way every thing is accurate,
if not complete. If I have no husband's first name, I put Smith in
Surname, and use the correct 'source' with notes.
You can do what ever you like best.
