Everybody who is getting these blank messages from Rich is using Microsoft Outlook (NOT Outlook Express). There is a known bug in Outlook - it can't handle messages from anyone who sends messages with a user-defined character set.
All Rich needs to do is to change to a Western European or some other standard Windows character set.
