[LegacyUG] update to deluxe

I own the deluxe edition but due to a system crash, I had to format my hard drive and reinstall everything (thank heavens I store my legacy data file on another computer and back it up on another drive).  In any event, when I reinstalled Legacy, I was unable to open the data file because the CD was from an older version.  I had to download the current version from the website to load my data file.  Now I can see my data, but no longer have deluxe features.  Where is the “Unlock” feature of Legacy to be found so I can get back to where I started?   Thanks in advance.   Bill
