Hi folks,

Some of you may remember me as one struggling to get into Legacy after downloading and installing the latest update.

I successfully got into Legacy and now can open all the 25 family files except one which send an error message saying I needed to download and install a newer version of Legacy. Well, if I can open all the other family files, why can't I open this one too? They are all in the same place under the same Legacy folder, same everything.

Can anyone explain why Legacy is discriminating against this one Family File?

Thanks,

Karen

One type of Box Chart are what I call "real Family Trees". They are the most
easily read chart for anyone especially those not familiar with genealogy and
what people generally take to family reunions to post for all to see. Boxes
connected with lines showing the connection of the various people to common
ancestor and thus to each other. Absolutely amazing that Legacy hasn't had one
incorporated years ago.
