Since there seem to be very few people, if any, who have my same problem, I'm thinking it's me and my computer, not something to report to Tech Support. So, no, I have not contacted them. And I do believe that they do read this user group even though they do not have the time to answer or comment to every email. And, if this is not a problem with Legacy, then I do not expect them to respond. Linda
