Someone will surely object to this but, I do not intend it as "flame", just a hope to improve the quality of the kind of messages I see on this group.
It seems as though this forum is being used by many as just "something to do today". >From 11 am on the 9th until 10 am on the 11th, I count 111 messages, many of them redundant and/or not adding any knowledge to the use of Legacy. I would like to see only messages that seek information, and messages that offer informed responses. What I see is a ton of opinions on printers and other items that don't contribute to the subject of LEGACY. It takes time for people around the world to wade through all the chat and opinion searching for something of value to increase my ability to use Legacy as a tool for Family History research. I prefer to spend my time on research and using legacy to do it better rather than reading messages that don't help me to do that. Also, if you include text of a message to which you are responding, please put your new text at the top. Most of us just go through the list in preview mode, and don't open each message to see the whole thing, so if your new text is at the bottom we either have to scroll down to see it, or just ignore and go to the next.
